I will provide relevant stories. I’ll write and edit the newsletter, lay it out in a standard format, and provide it to you as a digital download, printable PDF. You may then print it out and distribute it as you wish (such as mail it out to your clients, have copies of it in your business, school, practice, etc.), and have it on your website as a download. I can also provide you with an emailable version of the newsletter.

Each month’s newsletter with be approximately 1,200 to 1,500 words, broken up into separate stories/articles/sections. Newsletters may include some pre-written material, based on your industry and needs. Once you purchse one of these packages, I will contact you to begin gathering information and and working on this project. I will also send you my contract.

Once you purchase this package, you will receive a digital download worksheet/questionnaire to fill out regarding your project. Please fill this sheet out and email it back to me at firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also email me with any questions. Once I receive your filled out form, I will begin working on your project. I may contact you along the way with questions and clarifications. Within 7 days from my receipt of your completed form, I will send you the first draft of your newsletter.
You will send me your revisions or approval within 7 days from the time I send you the draft.
Withing 48 hours of receiving your changes, I will send you the revised draft (or final draft, if you don’t request any revisions).
Revisions are limited to two rounds of minor changes (affecting less than 25% of the text). Again, each round of revisions must be sent to me within 7 days of your receipt of drafts.
Once you send me your approval of the final draft, within 48 hours I will send you the final project (via PDF).
