Faulty Thinking Workbook, Fixing Faulty Thoughts

This packet is a useful therapy tool that addresses interrupting and replacing cognitive distortions and unhelpful thought patterns.  It features valuable information for you to help your clients learn about and understand cognitive distortions/faulty thinking, worksheets to have them fill out (or for you to work on with them in therapy), and charts, checklists, and more for them to use in helping them to progress in their therapy.  Many of these pages are great for intake, session activities, psycho-education, and homework assignments.

Faulty thought patterns, also known as cognitive distortions, are irrational or biased ways of thinking that can lead to negative emotions and behaviors.  These patterns can distort reality and contribute to feelings of anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.
