Coaching
No refunds will be issued on coaching sessions that have already been held/delivered.
No refunds will be issued for scheduled sessions that are cancelled without at least 48 hours’ notice. These sessions can be rescheduled at no extra cost, if done so 24 hours or more beforehand.
No refunds will be issued for bundles or packages of 4 or less sessions if the first session has already been held, and/or within 24 hours of the first session.
You may request a refund on a single session (that is pay-as-you-go) that has not yet been held and that is more than 48 hours prior to the session.
You may also request a refund for a bundle or package that has been purchased but that has not yet begun (no sessions have been held and no resources or materials have been issued) and it is more than 48 hours prior to the first session. If no sessions have been held but materials have been issued, and other criteria are met, a refund can be issued minus the cost of materials.
To cancel a session, bundle, or package (that meets these requirements), you must request the refund in writing and submit the request via email to enrichmentsource@gmail.com or to lorigventura@gmail.com). Again, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to the first scheduled session.
For bundles and packages that have already begun, no refunds will be given for those that include 4 or less sessions or weeks.
For bundles and packages that include more than four sessions/weeks, a portion of the cost of the unused sessions can be refunded (if the client makes the request in writing and submits it via email to the coach more than 48 hours prior to the next session. This will be for any sessions beyond 4 that have not been held. For example, for an 8-week bundle, a portion of the cost of up to 4 can be refunded; for a 12-week bundle, a portion of the cost of up to 8 unused sessions can be refunded. Because prices of bundles and packages are at a reduced per-session cost, the refund will be at a percentage of the per-session rate.
It is up to the Coach’s discretion as to what portion and percentage of unused program packages can be refunded.
