Women's ADHD Signature Program (for Women, ages 18 and Up)

This is an educational coaching program for women with ADHD. It's a 6-week, one-on-one interactive online coaching and learning program to help you to understand ADHD and how it impacts you specifically, and how you can manage symptoms and thrive in life.

Created and presented by a School Psychologist and ADHD Coach, this program will set you up for success. 

 

It includes:

  • 6 sessions (30-40 minutes each) (recommended to be held weekly)
  • Sessions are conducted over Zoom
  • Workbooks and worksheets emailed to you (to download and print)
  • Homework between sessions
  • Access to me via email during the course of the program

 

This program is:

  • Highly structured
  • Based on my own curriculum
  • Unlike other coaching programs
  • Intended for women 18 and over

 

Rather than being vague or open-ended, this program has a definitive beginning and end, with clear expectations and learning objectives., and features a simple and easy-to-follow structure.

It's a great starting point for someone who has been diagnosed with ADHD and doesn't know what it means, and wants to know how to manage and live with it, and who needs guidance. It helps to set you up for success with and despite having ADHD.

 

It helps to build foundational skills, and also includes valuable resources you can continue to use well after the program.  

 

This unique coaching package follows a curriculum I developed that begins with educating you about ADHD, and continues with helping you understanding how your ADHD impacts you specifically, and  how you can manage their ADHD symptoms. and find ways to learn and succeed.

It's important for people with ADHD to be educated on what ADHD is. This program does that in an easy-to-understand way. It also helps you to develop self-awareness by understanding your own ADHD and how it plays a role in your life. As you’re developing this understanding, you can discover ways for managing, dealing with, living with, learning with, and thriving with ADHD.

This begins with self (awareness, acceptance, compassion) and continues with many characteristics, as well as discovering, honing, and using strengths, and several effective tools and techniques.

 

How it works:

Purchase the package here. I will contact you within 48 hours to schedule our first session. I will send you the Zoom link prior to the session. Then, we will continue to meet weekly for the remainder of the program. I will email you materials along the way for you to download and print out. Some materials will be used during sessions; some will be for homework; some will be helpful resources for you to keep.

 

During the course of the program, you will be able to email me with questions (related to program topics).
